モノと空間美学の間を行き来する彼は、15年の歳月をかけて電子音楽とテクノカルチャーに耳を研ぎ澄ました後、自分のセレクトしたものをデッキの後ろで演奏し、オーディエンスと同じようにハードに踊るこ とを決意した。多文化のバックグラウンドを持つ彼のセレクトは、アラブ系からアシッド、ブレイク、レ フトフィールド、テクノに至るまで容赦なくエネルギーに満ちており、アグレッシブなパンチを効かせな がら、濁ったメランコリックなメロディを吹き込んでいる。
現在は東京を拠点に活動している彼は、2019年にサウンドプロジェクト、芸大{A}cidを立ち上げ、 GEIDAIアーティストの間でテクノカルチャーを育て、彼らのエレクトロ作曲をキュレーションしてより多 くの人々に披露することを目的としたインディペンデントなパーティシリーズを企画している。

Navigating between objects and spatial aesthetics, Higemoto spent 15 years sharpening his ear to electronic music and techno culture before deciding to play his selections behind the decks and dancing as hard as the audience. Thanks to his multicultural background, his selections are of relentless energy ranging from arab-ethnic sounds to acid, breaks, left-field and techno, infusing murky melancholic melodies while delivering aggressive punches.
Currently based in Tokyo, he launched his sound project 芸大{A}cid in 2019; an independent party series organized to both grow Techno culture among GEIDAI artists and curate their electronic composition to showcase it to a larger public.
