Closing the curtains to the rage of 2020 with a celebration

Live acts and DJs from the modern underground scene in Japan unites with Improvisation and synchronicity as the concept.
GONNO, a true representative of Japan’s House/Techno scene with his story-based style who has numerous releases from prestigious labels, teams up with MASUMURA, a drummer/percussionist who has taken part in recording/live sessions with the likes of TsuchiYaniBond (ツチヤニボンド) and Daniel Kwon, as GONNO X MASUMURA. Tatsuhisa Yamamoto is a revered Japanese drummer of Kafka’s Obiki (カフカ鼾) with countless improv sessions in various genres including Jazz/Experimental Music/Electronic under his belt, has performed as a backup drummer for the likes of Jim O’Rourke, Ichiko Aoba, UA, and Tavito Nanao (七尾旅人). He joins YPY, who recently released an EP「Compact Disc」from〈BLACK SMOKER〉, for live session. There’s no doubt that the improvisational layers of sounds and its synchronicity will cause a supreme chemical reaction. Kaitai-Shinsho’s organizer/resident DJ Romy Mats, organizer/resident DJ of Kaitai-Shinsho (解体新書) rooted in UK music, the former Kyoto native West Harlem, and Kotsu from CYK will be on decks in the main room. Celter, the organizer of the party Eclipse whose style is complex with infinite grooves, takes the role of opening the night.
Contact floor also features some of the big players in the scene. From Salon des Amateurs, Antwerp, and featuring in Lena Willikens showcase at Meakusma Festival, KOPY is one with a unique and unpredictable style. Joining the lineup are サモハンキンポー from〈MAD LOVE Records〉, Nari from CYK, a B2B set by TYTL member Zooey Loomer 1979 and Tarkus organizer Hibiki Inatsune, and an opening set by Kamome from the Tokyo-based DJ crew Vinyl Youth.
1-DRINK, Hibi Bliss, along with other hot artists will be providing a sexy and colorful space in the lounge floor.
