Jeff Mills makes in time before Contact’s closing

Jeff Mills always captures images and visions from places far beyond our reach, and expresses it through techno music. He has released a number of works with the distant future and space as the theme, pushing the global movement by advocating the ideal form of techno as an art form that deviates from dance music’s norm. Jeff Mills’ impulse for exploration, which began in the early 90s, opened doors to Minimal Techno and other electronic music that’s been further updated from Detroit Techno. In March of last year, he released the album「THE CLAIRVOYANT」, and continued to release works such as「MIND POWER MIND CONTROL」in May of this year, as well as his band project “Jeff Mills And The Zanza 22″「WONDERLAND」. Sharing the stage in the main room is Wata Igarashi, highly acclaimed worldwide for his exquisitely precise productions and performances. A supreme sound journey along with Jeff Mills that shall guide us into the minimal domain of spatial sound processing, presenting us with a unique sense of looking up into space from within.
