DJ QUIETSTORMが仕掛けるLIVING ROOMとの共催から4ヶ月、本祭としては1年ぶりの帰還となるSuper Plume。2021年ファイナル・シーズンのゲストに、〈Oil Works〉からのミックスCD「Sea of Green」が記憶に新しいBugseedが登場。作品の中でも見せた、複層的な上音と緻密なビートコントロール、叙情性とアブストラクト/ビートミュージックのドープネスが交差するサウンドは、Super PlumeクルーDJ Yas、BLACKMOOD、A-Killer、Toyodaといった猛者との、ヒップホップ/ファンクネスの快楽の極地を探求する高い次元での交わりになりそうだ。今回も、現場での全曲ブレンドミックスという日本唯一のスタイルでフロアをジャックする孤高DJ Tokiのターンテーブリズムや、パンデミックの影響下に曲を書きためてきたラッパーMAAF、ダンスによる音楽の深化と昇華を追求するMnchr-mといった、強烈なオリジナリティのレギュラークルーに加え、中目黒を震源とする90BPM TakeoverからWZAや、ミニマル/アンビエントを技法に落とし込む鬼才ギタリストARATAのライヴなど、エキスパートによる濃厚な音楽空間が広がる。

4 months have passed since co-hosting with DJ QUIETSTORM of LIVING ROOM™, and for the first time in 1 year they return as Super Plume. The guest for the final episode of year 2021 is Bugseed, whose mix CD「Sea of Green」from〈Oil Works〉is still fresh in our memories. The intersection of dope sounds, multi-layered overtones, precise beat control, lyricism and abstract/beat music displayed in his works will surely blend in nicely with Super Plume crew DJ Yas, BLACKMOOD, A-Killer, and Toyoda, taking you to a higher dimension of Hip Hop/Funkness. Regulars DJ Toki, a turntablist with a one and only style of blending every track on the scene, will be taking over the floor with rapper MAAF, who has been fiercely writing songs during the pandemic, and the deepening of music through dance by Mnchr-m. In addition to the regular crew filled with originality, WZA from 90BPM Takeover of Nakameguro, live performance by minimal/ambient guitarist ARATA, and other experts will be creating a rich and heavy musical atmosphere.
