レジデント・シリーズの第1弾アクトに石野卓球が決定
10月からスタートするレジデント・シリーズTrilogiesの第1弾のアクトに石野卓球が決定！
毎月3週にわたって開催されるTrilogiesは、ワンアンドオンリーなアーティストをレジデントとし、今までになかったラインナップでの共演や、その独自のカラーをさらに深堀りすべく、三部作でお送りする。
記念すべき第1回に石野卓球という最高のラインナップが実現した。電気グルーヴとしてはもちろん、世界最大のベルリンのテクノ・フェスティバルLove Paradeでの150万人を前にしたプレイや、日本テクノ史上最大規模のフェスWIREの主催などの数え切れないほどの伝説は、体験者の思い出に依存的な風景を残しているかもしれない。
鮮明な夢を見ているようなトリッピーな感覚と会場をつつむ巨大な共感、日本で最もポピュラーなアンダーグラウンド石野卓球の魔力的なDJが、Contactの3週間をジャックする。
最終章はお待ちかね、石野卓球の真骨頂、オールナイト・ロングセットでの登場だ。皆様にはただただ音楽を全身に浴びて楽しんでいただきたい。
しかし、この日のContactフロアのラインナップは、給水ポイントとしての役割を放棄してファンクネスを爆発させる。ハウスに比重を置きながら、深いミニマルや腰にくるディスコなど、圧倒的なワールドを繰り広げるCMTを筆頭に、5月に自身のレーベル〈bamboomusic〉を始動させたU-Tの、パーカッシブ・サウンドとエレクトロニクスによるスピリチュアルな陶酔。SHOWHEYの凝縮されたエモーションからしたたるハウスは、ときに官能的に、ときに歓喜的に花開く。やけどするほどにスパークするdiscopantsのロマンチシズムとエレクトロニクスの交雑や、panda sound creative/Yutarou (遊び)のもうひとつのペルソナjaylen shaw、音楽の垣根を解放しながらその中に自身の強いオリジナルティを光らせるAMANEといった、強力なハウサー陣の極彩色のフロアメイクによって、この場からの脱出を不可能にする快楽的危険性に溢れる、歓喜のるつぼが口をあけて待っている。
さらにFoyerフロアでは、ロウファイなサウンドや即興性を散りばめるなどハウスを軸に据えながらもContactフロアとは違った斬新なアプローチで、ウィットに富んだオルタナティブ・サウンドが展開される。
Trilogies TAKKYU ISHINO最終章は、冒険心とときめきに溢れる音楽花火大会で幕をとじる。
Takkyu Ishino, the first act for vol.1 of the resident series
The new resident series Trilogies, starting in October, welcomes Takkyu Ishino for its vol.1.
Trilogies, 3 episodes weekly every month, invites a one and only type of artist as a resident to share the stage with a lineup that they have never seen before, and deepening the colors of each act.
To kick off the 1st of many series to come is none other than Takkyu Ishino. Known for his infamous group 電気グルーヴ (Denki Groove), he has played for a crowd of 1,500,000 people at Love Parade in Berlin, the biggest techno festival in the world, as well as organizing WIRE, Japan’s biggest techno festival in history, Takkyu Ishino is a true legend in his own right.
Japan’s most popular underground Takkyu Ishino will be taking over Contact for 3 weeks, providing a vivid and trippy dreamlike state with his enchanting DJ sets.
All night long set by Takkyu Ishino for the final chapter. We’d like everyone to take this opportunity to take it all in.
Contact floor will also be exploding with funkness with a stellar lineup. While placing emphasis on House, CMT leads the pack unfolding a world of deep minimalism and Disco. U-T, who launched his own label〈bamboomusic〉in May, takes on a spiritual path with percussive sounds crossed electronics. The sensual, delightful, and emotional House music by SHOWHEY that blooms like a flower. The fusion of electronics and romanticism by discopants, jaylen shaw, the other persona of Yutarou (遊び) from Panda Sound Creative, and the strong originality of AMANE make it impossible to escape the colorful dance floor made by these Housers.
In addition, Foyer floor takes on a different approach with Lo-Fi and alternative sounds based around House Music.
The final chapter of Trilogies TAKKYU ISHINO concludes with musical fireworks filled with adventures and excitement.
