Upfront techno from two unmissable European talents

Wiggle Room has quickly entrenched itself in the fabric of Contact’s event schedule with its consistently on-point bookings and inviting atmosphere. Run by a Tokyo-based expat crew, the party has previously booked the likes of Wata Igarashi, Solar and DJ Nobu. For their first party of 2019, Wiggle Room are welcoming consistently in-demand Dutch DJ Sandrien and Danish talent Anastasia Kristensen to Contact.

Sandrien has been a vital force in Amsterdam’s techno scene for many years, having been a resident at the city’s fabled club Trouw until its closure in 2015. She can be regularly found at all the key European techno institutions, from Berghain and Tresor to Bassiani and Concrete. Following her appearance for Wiggle Room in 2017, she will make a welcome return to the Studio X Floor.
Anastasia Kristensen represents Copenhagen in a similar fashion, with long-standing roots in parties such as Culture Box and Mainstream to match her increasingly busy international schedule. With a sharply focused approach to many different forms of techno and electro, and an increasing artistic imprint through releases on Nous and Mord, her debut appearance in Japan is sure to be a memorable one.
